You may pay the full price at the time of booking, or a 50% deposit (with the remaining 50% payable by 1 Dec 2025 for the January 2026 retreat). 

You may opt to pay for a 90-120 minute visit to Harrogate’s fully-restored Turkish Baths on day 3 of the retreat, from 3pm-5pm. 

After booking, there is a 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel after that time and before 1 Dec 2025, there will be a cancellation fee of the deposit amount, which represents 50% of the total retreat cost. Cancellations after 1 December are subject to a fee of 100% of the retreat cost. The optional spa visit can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

The spa booking gains entry to Harrogate’s fully restored Victorian Turkish Baths for 90-120 minutes. It does not include treatments (which can be organised directly with the spa, at the guest’s own cost).
